The Challenge
DKG supports over 7,000 clients across the UK, offering a comprehensive suite of services from insurance and pensions to investment management. Each new client engagement generates a mountain of paperwork: policies, pension statements, ID, P60s — all needing to be read, verified, and meticulously entered into the system.
This task consumed the vast majority of the four-person administration team's time. Taking on new clients became almost impossible, not due to lack of demand, but simply because there wasn't enough capacity. Staff were even working weekends to keep up.

NeuroMark fully automates the extraction and filing of all incoming client documents, eliminating the need for any manual prep work. Data flows seamlessly into the DKG system. Documents are automatically categorised and filed into the correct folders.
The administration team has now regained valuable time to focus on DKG's core business.
What's Next
NeuroMark is set for further expansion at DKG. The next phase will include automated research of insurance and financial products across comparison platforms, alongside the preparation of final consultation documents for the sales team, ready for client meetings.

The Challenge
DKG acquires, refurbishes, and sells properties directly to its own client base. Before any purchase, each potential property undergoes rigorous due diligence: land registry records, energy performance certificates, tenancy agreements, and other critical paperwork – often up to 40 documents per asset.
Manually sifting through these documents was incredibly time-consuming, tying up resources and limiting the volume of deals DKG could process. Any hold-up in the review phase meant a purchase decision was delayed, potentially costing opportunities.
