Born out of a genuine need.

NeuroMark wasn't conceived in a boardroom or a lab. It emerged from the coalface of document management: a business grappling with an overwhelming amount of paperwork, insufficient resources, and no appetite for a drawn-out IT overhaul. Developed by SHCV.IT — today a product of FinDoku UG.

Developed from a real client challenge

DKG

Financial Consulting & Insurance Broker

The Challenge: too much paperwork, not enough time, no dedicated IT team

The Outcome: a solution that continues to evolve and deliver value today

From Customer Challenge to Product.

01

The Bottleneck

One real business, a stretched team, a rising flood of documents — and no room for a months-long IT project. A pattern that extends far beyond a single case.

02

The First Prototype

A week on site, direct insight into real workflows — and the first process that works.

03

The Product Decision

The solution proves itself in daily use. Rather than leaving it as a one-off project, it's evolved into NeuroMark.

04

Today's Standard

A platform that takes on real document work — no months-long IT projects, no compromises on data protection.

Three Core Principles, No Compromises.

Grasp the Challenge Before Offering Solutions

We wouldn't dream of suggesting a solution until we've thoroughly grasped your documentation, systems, and pain points. This isn't just good manners; it's absolutely fundamental to ensuring our systems deliver results.

Undivided Attention, No Faffing About

When we're working with you, you have our complete focus. No account managers swooping in after the ink's dry. No faceless support ticket systems. Just one dedicated point of contact, from our initial chat right through to day-to-day operations.

Consistent Principles, Across the Board

For us, on-premise isn't merely a product choice; it's a core philosophy. Our own internal tools adhere to this same standard. Your data remains firmly within the systems you govern. That's true for NeuroMark. That's true for Stimna. That's true for every single thing we create.

We craft tools to handle the grunt work, freeing up your people to focus on what truly makes a difference.

Built by engineers. Shaped by practitioners.

Steffen Hoehne

Partner · FinDoku

With 18 years in enterprise IT architecture and infrastructure consulting, Steffen is a Partner at FinDoku. He built NeuroMark because he knew where document processing must live in reality: not in a demo environment, but deeply integrated into ERP systems, legacy software, and critical operational workflows that cannot be interrupted. The effortless integration NeuroMark offers today is a direct result of being built by someone who has navigated these complex infrastructures for nearly two decades. His core belief: if a system can handle it, a human shouldn't have to.

Three perspectives, one standard: if a system can handle it, a human shouldn't have to.

We're not hiring staff.

We're looking for someone who tackles problems late into the night because they're driven to find a solution. Someone who delves deep into technical systems and emerges with an ingenious fix that seemed impossible. Someone who wants to be a true partner, not just another employee.

We're after technically brilliant minds with a genuine, insatiable curiosity. People who revel in hacking, building, and dissecting problems down to their very core. Those who don't bother asking if something's in their job description — because they don't want one.

If this resonates with you: get in touch. No CV needed. Just show us what you've created.
